Claudia Jaeggi Textile Art

Welcome!

I am a part-time Swiss textile artist and special education teacher. As hand embroidery is used in both arts and crafts, I like to create higher end wall art and sculptures as well as unique accessories and home decor for your personal use.

Where possible, I use upcycled materials, acid free papers, color fast yarns and high quality picture frames.

Don’t hesitate to contact me in case you have an idea that you want me to translate into stitch – I am happy to do commissions!

I ship with Swiss Post. Stock items are usually shipped within 4 to 20 days worldwide, depending on whether you want it sent with status "economy" (12 to 20 days) or "priority" (5 to 8 days). In case you ordered several items, I will check the prices for sending them together or separately and will choose the cheapest way. Liability coverage and tracking are warranted by Swiss Post. If you would like additional insurance at your cost, let me know beforehand.

Stock items are bought as seen in my webstore. They are one of a kind each and therefore can not be refunded. For commissioned items, I send you an offer. If you agree to that offer, the vending contract becomes effective and the commissioned item can not be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders of stock items can not be cancelled. Orders of commissioned items can be cancelled after receiving my offer by not agreeing to it.
