Description

Soft Crinkle Rayon printed in browns and mauves using breakdown print method. Breakdown printing  involves applying thick dye paints or print paste directly on to the back of the screen, allowing it to dry, and then printing off with more dye paint or print paste, causing the dried design to breakdown and dissolve with each passing of the secondary dye paint/paste.  The fabric is then steamed for three hours to set the dyes before washing and sewing.
