Description
This charming floral pattern in coral and mint green is a great way to accessorize your spring and summer fashions. I made the scarf from a vintage silk kimono fabric from the 1960’s. The drape is soft and supple and the scarf is very comfortable to wear. It can go from dressy to casual, out for the evening, or to the office for work. The kimono scarf looks great with creams, whites, pinks and navy outfits.
I always wash my silk kimono fabrics twice before ironing them. You can care for them easily in your home. Just put on a delicate cycle in a front loading washer, or hand wash in warm water. You can roll it in a towel and hang to dry, and iron on a silk setting.
You can tie this scarf in several ways to expand your wardrobe. It also looks great as a head scarf too.
