Description

Hand blown glass bowl in beige and brown art glass.

The color palette is earthy with tones of lapis midnight and sky blue glass chips and powders to blend into a traditional home or fit in with any modern and contemporary decor. After the glass is blown it is then sandblasted to give the piece a matte finish, the etched surface allows the viewer to a see the subtle details on the surface of the piece.

NOTE: The bowl in the photograph is a sample, each piece is made to order, so each one is unique and colors and patterns will vary slightly.

This series was inspired by my daughter, Lyrah. Through a child’s eye, you become more aware of nature’s treasure all around us. Now you have found the perfect resting place for that perfect stone from your walk in the woods or a resting place for your wedding band.

The earth, air, and sea are the inspiration behind the Work, from the sandy ocean floor, to the arid deserts of the American southwest, from the peaks of the Rockies to the distant horizon.
