Alice D/Zoomed

Description

This Alice D/Zoomed artwork is a collage made with prints of my original oil painting Alice In Wonderland. The original work itself got ruined and doesn’t exist anymore, but I still have some prints available.

Why are there so many of Alice? Alice got doomed in her dreams. When she entered the Wonderland she was questioning herself, what if she could zoom in and out like a telescope? And this question was fulfilled. Very FULLfilled. So, she changed her size many times and this distorted her reality.

The beadwork is an original embroidery made by me with genuine jade (stands for Cheshire’s cat eye). You can see my hand-made jewelry works to have a better idea of what I’m doing.
