Fine Print for Nuada jewelry with historical artefact:
nNuada set has an authentic artefact – a Celtic silver ‘ring-money’ from 5th – 2nd century BC (2100-2400 years old). A central piece of Nuada necklace is an authentic Celtic silver ring, an ancient “currency” used by the Celtic tribes of Europe as trade and jewelry, excavated from Celtic settlements in Eastern Europe.
n
Why Nuada and who was Nuada?
nElena named this necklace and earring set after Nuada, the first King of the Tuatha Danann, which was a supernatural race in Irish mythology. Thus King was also an Irish god of hunting and fishing, well liked and wise.
n
nHowever, the King was forced to give up the throne after he lost his hand. But his successor was so unjust that gods magically made a silver hand was made for Nuada, so he could retake the throne.
