Portrait of an Elephant

Description

A detailed pencil drawing of an old elephant that was living at the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand.  I have volunteered there 4 times and it was an amazing, beautiful experience.  (https://www.elephantnaturepark.org).

I’ve stayed at their main ground in Chiang Mai as well as Surin (southern Thailand) and the mountains  in a tribal village.  I got to experience the 100 years old Karen Settlement where the family has been living and caring for elephants for generations.

The framed size of the drawing is 15″ x 12 1/2″ and has a 2″ white mat with a black, wooden frame.
